Mortgage payment holidays for customers impacted by Coronavirus
If your income has been impacted by Coronavirus and you know you are not going to be able to make your monthly mortgage payments, we can offer our existing mortgage customers a 3 month payment holiday.
How to apply for a payment holiday
The quickest way to apply for a mortgage payment holiday is to complete our online form below.
Before you submit the form, please make sure all the information is correct. If not this will cause a delay in dealing with your payment holiday request.
Once you have submitted the form we will review your request and within 5 days we will email you to confirm when your payment holiday will take effect.
Please note if you have a payment due in the next 14 days, we may not be able to amend this payment, we will confirm this in the email.
Here are some things to consider before applying for a payment holiday:
- At the end of the holiday your monthly payments will be recalculated and you will see an increase in your monthly payments.
- The total amount of interest you pay over the term of the mortgage will increase.
- Your mortgage term will not be extended.
