We'd like to make you aware that our planned changes to Isle of Man Bank came into effect on 28 May 2019

Our proposal to move the Isle of Man Bank business from Isle of Man Bank Limited to the Isle of Man branch of The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited was approved by the Isle of Man High Court of Justice on 21 May 2019. The changes came into effect from 28 May 2019.

Pay Your Contacts

You can use Pay Your Contacts to send up to 250 a day to someone from your Mobile Banking app using just their mobile number. Your contact must have either:

  • registered their account to receive money via Paym (Isle of Man Bank and non-Isle of Man Bank customers) or
  • the Isle of Man Bank, NatWest, NatWest International, RBS or Ulster Bank Mobile Banking app

From 3 June 2019, you’ll no longer be able to send this type of payment to a customer registered to use our Group Apps. This means you’ll only be able to send this type of payment to someone who is registered for the industry-wide Paym service.

How do I use Pay Your Contacts?

Paym

Paym lets you use the Isle of Man Bank mobile banking app to send money to your friend's account, just using their mobile phone number, and the money will be transferred instantly. It’s available to customers of most of the UK’s leading banks and building societies.
