Logging in to eQ using our mobile app

You will need to have the eQ Mobile permission enabled in your eQ user profile, then register your details in the eQ Mobile app. During the initial registration, the eQ Mobile app will guide you through the process.

Once you have registered, you can use the eQ Mobile app as your 2nd-factor authentication method.

You can check if you can authenticate your login attempt by selecting 'Check for login requests' within the eQ Mobile app.

Please ensure that you have logged into the eQ Mobile app using the same customer number and username you use to access eQ online banking.

Your current login attempt will be declined. If you continue to experience problems, please contact your eQ System Administrator, who will be able to confirm why you can't log in.

If you receive a login authentication request in the eQ Mobile app, however you have not attempted to log in to eQ, please decline the request. This may indicate that someone is attempting to access your account fraudulently.

If you suspect that you have been the victim of fraud or a scam, please contact your local Corporate Services Team as soon as possible. You may also want to advise your Relationship Director.
