Coronavirus (COVID-19) – We’re here to support you

If you're concerned about being impacted financially due to coronavirus (COVID-19), or being unable to get to the bank, we're here to support you. We’re monitoring the situation closely and you'll find regular updates and information on how we can support you on our coronavirus support hub.

Flybe Ceased Trading

Flybe ceased trading on Thursday 5th March and have now entered administration. As a result we are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes. 

If you booked flights with Flybe please follow the guidance below.

  • If you’re currently on a trip please contact Flybe for further guidance.
  • If you have booked via a travel agent, 3rd party or paid via PayPal, please contact the company for further advice.
  • If you have paid with one of our credit or debit cards the quickest way to register your claim is to complete this form.

In order to keep our systems up to date we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance.

So we don't cause you too much disruption, we aim to do this in the early hours of the morning.
