Using our cash machines

Isle of Man Bank operates a network of cash machines (ATMs) across the Island. These cash machines (ATMs) can be used by our customers and customers of other banks. Our customers can use their Isle of Man Bank debit cards at thousands of ATMs worldwide.

Withdraw cash

You can use your debit card to withdraw cash at any of our conveniently located cash machines.

Get Cash

Customers using the Isle of Man Bank mobile app can generate codes allowing them to Get Cash from our ATMs using just their phone!

Donate to charity

Our cash machines provide you with a handy way to make a difference. Follow on-screen instructions to make a donation to charity.

Balance & mini statements

Our ATMs give you the option to see your balance on screen or print a mini-statement with your balance and last 6 transactions.

Access emergency cash

If you lose your debit card, our Lost & Stolen team can give you access to cash from our ATMs without using your card.

PIN services

If you want to change your PIN code, pop your card into one of our cash machines and select 'PIN Services'. If you have blocked your card by entering an incorrect code at a point-of-sale terminal, you can unblock it at our ATMs.

Every Isle of Man Bank branch has a cash machine:

  • Regent Street, Douglas
  • Athol Street, Douglas *
  • Station Road, Port Erin
  • Parliament Street, Ramsey

* ATM available during branch opening hours only

We have additional cash machines in:

  • Nobles Hospital, Douglas
  • Sea Terminal, Douglas
  • Corkill's Garage, Onchan
  • Ronaldsway Airport

Get Cash using our mobile app

Our mobile app has a function called Get Cash that lets you take out cash when you don't have your card. Perfect if you've left your cards at home however you need money.

How to use Get Cash

    Log in to the app

  2. 02

    Click on the “Get Cash” icon (you’ll see it at the bottom of the app home screen)

  3. 03

    Select an amount between £10-£130 (in multiples of 10)

  4. 04

    Click on 'Get Cash Code'

  5. 05

    Click on 'Reveal Code' to get your six-digit Get Cash code

  6. 06

    Go to any cash machine that supports Get Cash*, press ‘enter’ and then follow the instructions. Make sure the amount you choose is the same as the amount you chose in the app

  7. 07

    Now you’ve got cash...

* Get Cash can be used at any cash machine belonging to Isle of Man Bank, NatWest International, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Ulster Bank or Tesco

If the code expires before you withdraw the cash then the funds will re-credit your account within 24 hours
