Applying for a mortgage

Before getting in touch please have the following infomation to hand...

  • 3 months bank statements for any personal or business current accounts you have with other financial institutions
  • 3 recent payslips
  • any existing mortgage statements
  • details of any rental income
  • any credit card or store card statements

Please confirm you have this information to hand before proceeding.

Arrange a call back

Complete our call back form to arrange a call at a time that suits you. This will allow you to arrange a phone or branch appointment with a qualified mortgage arranger.

Applying for additional mortgage borrowing

It's great that you are interested in applying for additional mortgage borrowing with us. The first step is to request a callback for a time that suits you.


Please have this information to hand when we call...

  • 3 months bank statements for any personal or business current accounts you have with other financial institutions
  • 3 recent payslips
  • any existing mortgage statements
  • details of any rental income
  • any credit card or store card statements

If you're self employed, a sole trader or a limited company director we'll also need to see:

  • 3 months business bank statements
  • 2 years audited accounts certified by an accountant and signed by you
  • latest 2 years personal tax assessments.


We may need additional information from you depending on your personal circumstances. We'll send you details of everything you need when your mortgage appointment is arranged.

Re-mortgaging with us

It's great that you are interested in re-mortgaging with us. The first step is to request a callback for a time that suits you.


Please have this information to hand when we call...

  • 3 months bank statements for any personal or business current accounts you have with other financial institutions
  • 3 recent payslips
  • any existing mortgage statements
  • details of any rental income
  • any credit card or store card statements

If you're self employed, a sole trader or a limited company director we'll also need to see:
