Mortgage movers

Switching to us
  • Borrow up to 90% of the value of your current property
  • We have a range of mortgages to choose from, some with no product fees
  • Switch your mortgage to us and you'll receive £749 cash back at the drawdown of your mortgage. Eligibility criteria applies

Borrowing more

Additonal borrowing
  • Borrow up to 85% of the value of your property
  • We have a range of mortgages to choose from, some with no product fees
  • Additional mortgage borrowing can be used for a range of purposes, for example home improvements, a new car, a dream holiday or a wedding
  • We offer other borrowing options that may be more suitable, such as a personal loan

Buy-to-let

For landlords
  • Borrow up to 75% of the value for properties up to £1 million or up to 70% for properties over £1 million
  • Repayment options include capital & interest and interest only
  • You can't own more than nine other buy-to-let properties at the time of application and the maximum combined borrowing amount must not exceed £3.5 million
