Although there is a lot you can do yourself through Online Banking, ibanking or our mobile app, sometimes you just need to speak to us! If you can't make it to a branch, you can contact us by phone or through an online webchat.

Branch Banking

The personal touch

Our branches are open from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday-Friday and some also open on Saturdays.

You can speak to a Customer Service Office, a TechXpert, or you can book an appointment with a Customer Advisor to discuss applying for new accounts or services.

To make the most of our Telephone banking you will first need to register for the service. If you are registered for Online Banking you will automatically be registered for Telephone banking.

Register now for Online & Telephone Banking

If you are having difficulties online and need help our telephony team can also register you for Telephone banking although this will take longer than registering online and we won't be able to give you instant access.

Telephone banking is available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm except public holidays. Calls may be recorded.

Webchat

Help at your fingertips
Our handy webchat service is available to customers logged into Online Banking or looking for help on relevant Support Centre pages.
 
You can chat to the webchat team about any of these topics:
  • Your account
  • Your online service
  • Your Mobile Banking app
  • Making a complaint

You can also send messages to an agent through our mobile app.

An agent will respond to your query within 2 working hours and you will receive an SMS notification when their response is available within the Isle of Man Bank app.
