What are the mobile app payment limits?

Payments

You can make payments of up to £20,000.00 a day for personal and premier customers, and £50,000.00 a day for business customers, to anyone from your list of payees, if you have their details saved within Online banking.

Using the 'Pay someone new' option you can enter the account number and sort code to make a payment. These payee details will not be saved automatically (you may be given the option to save the payee). In this way you can:

• Make a bill payment of up to £20,000.00 a day to a company whose details we hold within the app
• Make a payment of up to £1,000 a day to an account number and sort code. You can make up to 5 smaller payments in a working day, although the sum of all such payments cannot exceed £1,000

These limits are fixed and cannot be changed by request.

 

Standing Orders

You can set up a Standing Order to anyone from your list of payees, bills or between your own accounts.

What is the daily limit for standing orders?

 

Pay Your Contacts

Pay Your Contacts lets you send a maximum payment of £250 in a working day to a mobile number.

 

Get Cash

Get Cash allows you a maximum withdrawal limit of £130 every 24 hours and this must be within the daily withdrawal limit for your debit card. There is a maximum limit of 2 Get Cash withdrawals every 24 hours. You must have at least £10 available funds to withdraw from your account (including any overdraft facility).
