Why can't I order a cheque book or paying-in book?

To order a cheque book or paying-in book:

  1. Log in to Online banking at www.onlinebanking.iombank.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Payments & transfers' from the main menu
  3. Under the 'Credit/cheque books' section choose either 'Order cheque book' or 'Order paying-in book'
  4. Select the relevant account and press `Next`
  5. Press `Confirm` to place the order

The cheque / paying-in book will be sent to you within 5 working days.

If the account you wish to order a cheque / paying-in book for is not listed (Step 4) then you will need to contact Telephone banking to place your order.

You can also order a replacement cheque or paying-in book by:

  • messaging us using our mobile banking app
  • visiting your local branch
  • using an ATM
