With your permission we will record this information so that we can be aware of it each time we interact. We will also be able to suggest additional support for you to use in your day-to-day banking.

You'll be asked to complete a new Banking My Way section within ‘Your Details’ in your Online banking.

You can provide details of your specific situation within the ‘About Me’ section and choose what additional support you need from us within the ‘Support Me’ section.

Banking My Way will suggest you what we can provide to make banking as easy as possible within the (Explain to Me section). This will then be pulled through to our internal systems ensuring there is no need for you to repeat this information every time you contact us.
