Have a meeting preference - do you want to meet near your home or place of work? Our Premier Relationship Managers will be happy to meet you at any of our branches, at your home or for a coffee near your office.

For your appointment:

Documents to bring with you - to help us understand your needs you should bring the relevant financial documentation with you (e.g. bank statements, tax returns).

If you are a new customer you will need to bring either your driving licence or passport too.

From checking your recent transactions to making payments it’s easy, fast and secure. The app is available on selected smartphones, to customers with Online Banking and a mobile number prefixed by 07 (Channel Islands, Isle of Man, UK), 0034 (Spain) or 00350 (Gibraltar).

Banking at your fingertips

Our Online banking service is as easy as it is efficient. You can instantly call up your statements and recent transactions, as well as arrange payments and transfers. So you can quickly see if the school fees have been paid or whether your payment has gone to the gardener.

Gold account

More than just a bank account

Gold has everything you would expect from a current account but with a host of great benefits built in. For a fee of £18 per month, you get everything you need to manage your day to day banking plus protection, travel insurance and a 24/7 dedicated concierge service.
