Why has a cancelled direct debit been claimed from my account?

Cancelling a Direct Debit with us doesn't terminate your contract agreement with the company. Companies can reinstate a cancelled Direct Debit and claim funds if the contract is still in place.

Please contact your contract provider to cancel the Direct Debit and stop future payments being collected from your account.
