How do I check the status of my personal loan application?

We'll usually process your loan application within 3 working days. Look out for an email or letter from us outlining your next steps.

If we can agree your loan, we'll send you an email or letter confirming when we approve it. In this case, a confirmation letter and copies of the application documents including a copy of your loan agreement, will be sent to your online mailbox.
