How do I set up alerts?
To set up alerts on your account:
- Log into Online banking at www.onlinebanking.iombank.com (opens in a new window)
- From the main menu select the 'Alerts' option.
- You can then select the Account Alerts tab and the Activity Alerts tab to update your preferences.
Please note: If you have provided us with a valid 07 mobile number registered with a UK Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider then you will automatically receive Activity Alerts.
