How do I set up alerts?

To set up alerts on your account:

  1. Log into Online banking at www.onlinebanking.iombank.com (opens in a new window)
  2. From the main menu select the 'Alerts' option.
  3. You can then select the Account Alerts tab and the Activity Alerts tab to update your preferences.

Please note: If you have provided us with a valid 07 mobile number registered with a UK Channel Islands or Isle of Man mobile phone provider then you will automatically receive Activity Alerts.
